The wait is finally over and our very own boy Victory took the trophy as the winner of the eighth edition of the Nigerian idol singing competition. Victory Gbakara, who is a songwriter and singer participated in an eight weeks experience of training, performance, and competition together with many other contestants.
Our “Top Boy” won yesterday and shared his amazing journey throughout his stay in the house and thanked his family, friends, and supporters who stuck to him through and through, and had been a source of inspiration for his joy, and happiness, and had influenced his staying long enough to witness this life-changing experience. He was followed closely by Precious Mac the first runner-up who was at the time before his victory, among the top two finalists together with him.
Victory indeed was victorious and couldn’t be happier as he shared this moment with his family as they were introduced and his grand prize of an all-expense paid trip proudly sponsored by Tecno, a years sponsorship of products from DStv, Bigi, and WAW detergent, a record deal and a brand new SUV presented to him.
