Ebuka Obi-Uchendu did it again! Just when we thought he couldn’t top his opening night looks, he showed up on Night 2 of Big Brother Naija Season 10 and stole the whole show with a jaw-dropping retro-inspired outfit.
This time, Ebuka went full-on ’70s highlife star, paying tribute to the legendary Prince Nico Mbarga, the man behind the timeless hit “Sweet Mother.” He rocked a two-piece suit splashed with bold newspaper prints, just like Mbarga famously wore back in the day.
The wide-leg trousers screamed old-school cool, while the tailored vest sat perfectly over a crisp white shirt with dramatic flared sleeves.
And because Ebuka doesn’t do anything halfway, he finished the look with sleek black sunglasses and even held a vintage vinyl record of Prince Nico Mbarga & Rocafil Jazz talk about attention to detail.
Remember how he gave us two pink-themed looks on the first night, inspired by Nkem Owoh and King Sunny Ade? Well, this one just hit different.
It wasn’t just fashion; it felt like history walking the BBNaija stage. Ebuka literally brought back the golden highlife era, and seriously he nailed every single detail.
One thing is clear, when it comes to BBNaija fashion, Ebuka is in a league of his own. Who else turns an opening night into a full-on cultural moment?
