Home Alone star Devin Ratray was arrested Wednesday on charges of domestic violence.
He allegedly strangled his girlfriend and punched her for giving two of his fans his autograph for free when they were at a bar.
The incident took place while the couple was in Oklahoma City for OKC Pop Christmas Con where Ratray was featured as one of the special guests.
His girlfriend claimed that the fight continued in their hotel room where he pushed her to the bed and placed his hands over her mouth and neck and said, “This is how you die.” She managed to escape from Ratray before he violently punched her.
Ratray’s girlfriend sustained injuries which include bruises under her left eye, and visible marks under her right eye, a mark above the left side of her lip, a bruise on her chest and a sore arm.
As noted by Fox News, a police source revealed that Ratray “turned himself in and was processed through and bonded out.”
The 44-year-old actor, after turning himself in, was bonded out on a $25,000 bail.
Ratray denies that he assaulted his former girlfriend in the disagreement.
Mr Ratray denies he ever laid a hand on her or did anything in regards to anything like that,’ Ratray’s attorney Scott Adams said.
Devin Ratray, a former child actor, is popular for his role as Kevin McAllister’s evil big brother in the classic holiday film “Home Alone” which features Macaulay Culkin.
