Lola Mewu, the Nigerian artist, recently made history by shattering the Guinness World Record for the longest painting session, an impressive feat lasting an incredible 72 hours.
Starting on October 28, 2023, and concluding on October 31, Mewu’s marathon produced a diverse collection of artworks, with a special touch on nostalgic childhood scenes. Notably, some of her creations have already found new homes through auctions.
