Luxury fashion house Prada has teamed up with South Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster for a new limited-edition eyewear collection that blends modern design with premium craftsmanship.
The collaboration, first teased during Paris Fashion Week, introduces three exclusive eyewear designs featuring sleek wire-frame silhouettes, sharp lens contours, architectural fronts, and lightweight titanium temples. One of the standout design details is the iconic Prada logo, which has been rotated on its side to give the collection a fresh, distinctive look.

To accompany the launch, Prada and Gentle Monster released a cinematic campaign directed by James J. Robinson. The campaign stars actor and Prada ambassador Kentaro Sakaguchi and explores five symbolic elements: earth, water, fire, air, and love.
The collaboration follows Gentle Monster’s growing list of high-profile partnerships, including its previous collaboration with Maison Margiela. The eyewear brand is also preparing for a future collaboration with Google, following the tech giant’s reported $100 million investment in 2025, which further fuels excitement about upcoming tech-inspired luxury eyewear.

The Prada x Gentle Monster collection will be available for a limited time in select Asian markets, including Japan, South Korea, and Mainland China. The launch begins in Japan with an in-store release on July 6, followed by an online release on July 7.
