The official trailer for Nigerian director Bukola Ogunsola’s most recent film, Something About the Briggs, which will be released in theaters on January 31, 2025, has been released. With a fantastic ensemble cast, the film explores themes of love, marriage, and forgiveness.

Highlights of the cast:

  • Actors with experience include Gloria Young, Norbert Young, Zack Orji, Bukky Wright, and Liz Benson-Ameye.
  • Daniel Etim Effiong, Rita Dominic, Iyabo Ojo, Stan Nze, Kenneth Okolie, Kalu Ikeagwu, Linda Ejiofor, Kanaga Jr., Elma Mbadiwe, Simi Drey, Tubosun Aiyedehin, and Ariyiike Dimples are examples of contemporary stars.

The film’s talented production crew behind the scenes includes assistant director Uvie Enakarhire, art director Abisola Omolade, and cinematographer KC Obiajulu. For the movie, the makeup and costume departments, under the direction of T.A’LA Mode Beauty and Yolanda Okereke, have selected more than 150 unique ensembles.
