Returning to her home country in 2013, Linda Osifo got her first major acting role in Nollywood in the movie King Akubueze, a movie directed by Nonso Emekewe, in 2014. It wasn’t a smooth ride for the ex-beauty queen in the industry at first, but she was determined to make a name for herself in the industry.

She became a popular Nigerian actress when she got nominated for the ELOY awards for the role she played in Desperate Housewives Africa, a TV series by Ebonylife TV, where she played the role of “Rhetta Moore”
