Can you believe it’s already been 14 years since Mercy Johnson and her hubby Prince Odianosen. Time really flies when you’re watching a couple like them build something beautiful.

This Nollywood star and her politician hubby just marked their big day in style, making sure that the Instagram love messages were in a profusion. It’s the kind of stuff that makes you smile and maybe even a little envious in the best way.

With an equally deep message, Mercy started the ball rolling. She called her husband her “friend and strength“, and then added this from the heart: “They said no but God said yes. They said to ruin it but God kept fixing it all and to him be all the glory.” You have to admire her faith and resilience. She’s talking about their marriage and in the same breath giving praise in acknowledgment of all the ups and downs they have gone through together. And quite honestly, to her, one whose movies and stories I have followed, it grips me with a sense of genuineness.

Not to be outdone, Prince Odi jumped in with his own sweet tribute, he concurred and made his own heartfelt tribute. We’re still blessed with God’s unending love and blessings. He went on to thank her for 14 amazing years and all the joy they’ve shared. Clearly, this couple takes pride in being number one supporters of each other, as their posts showed their cute family photos that talked about how glued they are together.

In case anyone needs to be updated about things, Mercy and Odi were married in August 2011. They have four wonderful children: three girls and a boy. If what we see online is to be believed, their family life is all about fun, fun, and more fun! It’s inspiring, particularly in an industry where relationships seem to take a lot of work.
