African Magic is coming with some extra magic and a year’s worth of adrenaline for you this weekend as they release the official trailer for its original crime thriller “The Slum King ”.
Set to premiere on the 8th of October on Africa Magic Showcase Ch. 151 by 20:00 WAT, this thrilling series revolves around “Edafe “Maje Esu” Umukoro who is on a journey to seek redemption for his past decisions and actions. Also, Being traumatized by witnessing the gruesome massacre of his entire family by a gang at the sorry age of 11, and running his tout life for several years before becoming power-hungry Edafe joins a drug cartel which later, he becomes the slum king, the type of king who got to the throne with a story, the type of king who stands on drugs and blood.
