Asake Tops the Charts Again as Spotify’s Most-Streamed Nigerian Artist of 2024!

Nigerian Afrobeats star Ahmed Ololade, famously known as Asake, has once again claimed the title of Spotify’s most-streamed Nigerian artist for 2024. This marks his second year in a row at the top, further cementing his influence in the music industry.

The announcement was made on Wednesday during the release of Spotify Africa’s annual “Spotify Wrapped” report, which highlights streaming trends across the continent.

Among female artists, Ayra Starr, Tems, and Tiwa Savage dominated the list as the most-streamed female acts in Nigeria. On the male side, Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido closely trailed Asake, maintaining their positions as heavyweights in the Nigerian music scene.
