Ayra Starr has become the most-viewed Nigerian female artist on YouTube, surpassing Yemi Alade.The 22-year-old now holds 811 million views, overtaking Yemi Alade’s 805 million.

Her popular song “Rush” is her most-watched video, with over 395 million views, making it the highest-viewed music video by a Nigerian female artist, a title formerly held by Yemi Alade’s “Johnny“.

Despite this, Yemi Alade remains the Nigerian female artist with the most subscribers on YouTube, with 2.41 million, while Ayra Starr is close behind with 2.26 million.
