Following Jennifer Lopez and Been Affleck’s wedding, It has been suggested that Jennifer Lopez rushed her wedding with Ben Affleck because she was concerned that he may get cold feet.

The pair tied the knot last weekend at a surprise wedding in Las Vegas having rekindled their relationship last year.

They were only joined at the ceremony by their kids. The ex-wife of AffleckJennifer Garner, was enjoying the sun at Lake Tahoe at the weekend and has not commented on the wedding.

“Ben did tell Jen about the wedding, but I’m told that it was only Friday at the earliest. It was very, very minimally planned in advance and was largely spur of the moment. Violet stayed home because she’s extremely loyal to her mom,” one well-placed Hollywood source told The Post.

Jennifer Lopez feared that Ben Affleck would get cold feet

There was then a suggestion that Lopez has been wanting to get married to Affleck ever since he proposed and there were even concerns that if they did not marry soon, the director could get cold feet.

As for why now, the Hollywood source added: “[Lopez] has been ready to get married since the night that Ben proposed. She wanted to lock this down and remove any chance for cold feet ASAP!”

Lopez was clearly elated as she took to social media and her newsletter OnTheJLO to discuss the wedding and her feelings for Affleck.

After posing for photos in a pink Cadillac, the 52-year-old singer and actress wrote: “Stick around long enough and maybe you’ll find the best moment of your life in a drive-through in Las Vegas at twelve-thirty in the morning in the tunnel of love drive through, with your kids and the one you’ll spend forever with.

“Love is a great thing, maybe the best of things – and worth waiting for.” She signed off as Mrs Jennifer Lynn Affleck.
