Senegalese actress Issa Rae was the spotlight of the day as she attended the 2019 Soul Train Awards on sunday night. Every year the event honors the best in R&B, Soul hip hop etc. It was held in Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Awesome performance from Known and upcoming artist.

Issa Rae look sgunnoim a cream colored dress drafted by Dion Lee and Styled by Jason Rembert. The flare, long sleeved dress featured extreme midriff cutouts and a plunging neckline. She spiced up the look with a sleek updo, makeup and minimal jewelry.
