Since ARISE Fashion Week got started, we’ve been feeding our eyes with amazing designs from top designers across africa. This year’s edition attracted top players in the fashion industry such as Vogue’s editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour.
Day 2, the final day of the event showcases top artiste who entertained the guest such as Wande Coal, Asa and more. Super model Naomi Campbell named the top eight designers — Lagos Space Programme, Ziva Lagos, Onalaja Ajabeng and TJ Who.
Out of the 30 designers who showcased their outstanding collection at the 30 Under 30 competition from Arise Fashion Week, Nigerian designer Kenneth Ize emerged as the winner and won a $100,000 cash prize.
Runner up, Re Lagos won $75,000 and Mmuso Maxwell a South African designer won $50,000.
The event was full of exciting collections as all designers who participated in the success of the event performed extremely well.
