After 70 years, the world witnessed the coronation and formal declaration of Charles III, the longest-governing prince of Wales in history as the king of the entire royal British empire on Sunday the 6th of May, 2023.
The coronation which took place at Westminster Abbey, London was graced by almost the entirety of the royal families in the British Empire and was conducted. The king was also crowned by the archbishop of Canterbury.
The king, alongside the queen consort, headed the procession to Buckingham Palace where the king was wearing the imperial crown which was switched for “the Edward’s” crown.
The event featured and was graced by ranks of diverse calibers from the church, the commonwealth, the parliament, and royal ranks from around the world, all donning classics from the finest collection of fashion accessories.
