Just when England’s women’s football team thought their Euros celebration couldn’t get any better, Burna Boy pulled a classic “African Giant” move — showing up outside Buckingham Palace with a surprise that lit up the entire night.

Fresh from their nail-biting penalty shootout win over Spain in Basel, the Lionesses returned home to a full-on victory tour: Downing Street, an open-top bus parade through London, and then the ultimate royal finish — outside the Palace. That’s where Burna Boy made his grand entrance.

Introduced by ex-England star and presenter Alex Scott, Burna wasted no time commanding the stage. He even gave England manager Sarina Wiegman (who once called him her fave ) a little nod before launching into his hit song “For My Hand” featuring Ed Sheeran.

It was the perfect way to end the celebrations — and a history-making moment for England. This was the first time any England men’s or women’s team has ever won a major football trophy outside home soil. The men last lifted the World Cup at Wembley in 1966. The Lionesses’ first Euros title in 2022? Also on home turf.

But this win? Away, historic and Burna-blessed. Watch the African Giant show up for the Lionesses below
