US Baby Makes History After Birth from 30-Year-Old Frozen Embryo

Thaddeus Daniel Pierce isn’t just any newborn — he’s believed to be the world’s oldest baby born from a frozen embryo, and his story is nothing short of extraordinary.

Born on July 26, 2025, in Ohio, USA, baby Thaddeus came into the world carrying decades of medical history. His embryo was created all the way back in 1994 — yes, 1994 — through in vitro fertilization (IVF) by a woman named Linda Archerd. After a six-year struggle with infertility, Linda finally gave birth to a daughter (now 30 years old) and later chose to donate her remaining embryos in hopes of helping others.

Fast forward three decades, and one of those long-preserved embryos has brought Thaddeus into the world — making headlines and breaking records. His birth sets a new benchmark in the field of assisted reproduction, showcasing just how far science and hope have come.

Watch the video below to witness this heartwarming moment in medical history.
