First, start by sitting or standing up straight. Gently tilt your head to the left, then to the right, trying to look over each shoulder without moving your shoulder. Hold each position for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat this exercise 10 times for effective results. Neck stretches can help to improve your neck posture, which in turn can improve your facial postures.
