Àsooke (ah-shaw-okay) is a handwoven fabric popular among the Yoruba tribe in Nigeria. Àsooke which means “Top Cloth” in English has always being a part of traditional weddings and event in the Yoruba Tribe.

Àsooke is from the Yoruba culture in Kwara, Kogi, Ondo, Oyo, Ogun, Ekiti, Lagos, and Osun States in western Nigeria.

Rocking a multicoloured Àsooke for your Trad wedding is simply easy.

Edens Glam is the makeup artist behind this look and she did a very good job in matching her makeup with her outfit. Focusing attention under the eye, she applied a blue colour pop to compliment her outfit.
