‘I Thought Kassia And I Wouldn’t Stay Past One Week’ – Bbnaija, Kellyrae Reveals

BBNaija season 9 winner, Kellyrae, recently opened up about feeling intimidated during his time in the house, revealing that he initially doubted he and his wife, Kassia, would last beyond the first week.

In an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Kellyrae shared that after hearing the impressive profiles of the other housemates, he and Kassia felt overwhelmed. Despite entering the competition with hopes of winning, their confidence wavered.

Kellyrae even pulled Kassia aside, telling her they should be grateful if they managed to stay beyond the first week.

In his words;

“Kassia and I had this strong faith of winning but when we got into the house, we saw the housemates, we started hearing people’s profile, I pulled Kassia aside and said if we fit pass one week, glory to God oh.”

However, their perseverance paid off, with Kellyrae ultimately emerging as the winner of the Big Brother Naija No Loose Guard edition, which concluded on October 6, 2024.
