  • Salt
  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1&1/2 cups of water
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, yeast, sugar, and butter together, rubbing until well combined.
  2. Gradually add water to form a dough, avoiding kneading.
  3. Immediately shape the dough into small balls and roll them out on a flat surface.
  4. Place cooked beans in the center of each dough circle, then brush the edges with water to seal.
  5. Cover the beans with another dough circle and press the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and transfer the prepared pies into the hot oil.
  7. Fry until they turn golden brown.
