Zendaya’s Response to Tom Holland’s Birthday Tribute Says A Lot About Their Relationship

Zendaya may be on vacation with Jacob Elordi, but that doesn’t mean her relationship with her friend/rumored boyfriend Tom Holland has changed. Holland recently posted a photo of the two to wish the actress a very sincere happy birthday.
“The birthday girl!” he wrote. “Hope you’re having an amazing day.”
Clearly Zendaya and Holland are close since she added her own comment: “Thanks weirdo.”
Zendaya is currently enjoying a vacation in Greece with some friends, including her stylist, Law Roach, and her Euphoria co-star, Jacob Elordi. While Zendaya and Elordi haven’t necessarily flaunted their Grecian vacay together, they have incidentally popped up in a stranger’s own vacation photo in front of the Acropolis of Athens.

“They looked like they were getting a little cozy,” a source told Us Weekly. “At one point, they were walking with each other and being a little flirty.”
Zendaya has repeatedly been linked to her Spiderman co-star, Tom Holland, though the two have often denied that they’re dating, insisting they’re only friends. During an interview with Elle back in June, Holland once again denied dating Zendaya, adding that he’s currently not seeing anyone. He described himself as “definitely a relationship person,” adding, “I’m not the fleeting type at all; it’s not my way of life.”

The trip is most likely a little birthday celebration for the actress, who turns 23 on Sunday. And if Elordi’s addition to the vacation guest list does indicate something romantic, it appears that Tom Holland is O.K. with that. Those rooting for Tomdaya, however? Probably not.
