At a recent concert in London, Ayra Starr had a very emotional moment on stage. The rising Nigerian star took time to thank fellow singer and music producer Johnny Drille. She looked at the crowd and said, “Everything I do is because of him.”

Fans cheered loudly as she made the sweet shout-out. It was clear this wasn’t just about music, Ayra Starr truly admires Johnny Drille and sees him as a big part of her journey.

Ayra and Johnny have worked together before. They made a beautiful song called “In The Light” on Johnny’s album Before We Fall Asleep. Their voices sound amazing together, and fans love how well they connect on stage.

But Johnny Drille didn’t just sing with her. He also helped make Ayra’s big album, 19 & Dangerous, sound great. He mixed and mastered all 15 songs on the album, which means he worked on the sound to make sure everything came out perfect.

At the London show, Ayra also joined Johnny on stage for a surprise performance. It was clear that the two artists have a lot of love and respect for each other  not just as musicians but as real friends.

Ayra’s sweet words reminded everyone how important it is to have people who believe in you and support you along the way. And Johnny Drille seems to be that kind of person for her.
