Asake Announces Date for “Lungu Boy” World Tour

Fans of the Nigerian superstar Asake are in for a treat as he has announced a world tour titled “Lungu Boy World Tour.” The tour, produced by Live Nation, will kick off on June 26th at Afro Nation Portugal and feature festival performances at Wireless Festival in London and Afro Nation Detroit, as well as major arena stops like Atlanta’s State Farm Arena and NYC’s Madison Square Garden. The tour will culminate at the Promiseland Festival in Gold Coast on October 6th.

Asake has had a busy year, releasing hit singles and collaborating with top artists like Sarz, Gunna, Zlatan, Victony, Tems, and Ayra Starr. He recently performed on The Late Show and won the Best Music Africa Act at the 26th MOBO Awards.

The “Lungu Boy World Tour” will be a significant milestone in Asake’s career, showcasing his impressive musical range and versatility. The tour will take him to various cities across Europe, America, and Australia, with notable arena stops. Fans are excited to see him perform live and experience his unique blend of Afrobeats and Amapiano.

In addition to the tour, Asake has also teased a new album, writing “New Album OTW” on his Instagram page. This will be his third album in three years, following the success of his debut album “Mr Money With The Vibes” and his sophomore album “Work of Art
