Afrobeats sensation Tems made a memorable appearance at the Chicago White Sox game, held at Guaranteed Rate Field, where she had the honor of throwing the ceremonial first pitch. Dressed in a White Sox jersey, she took to the field before the game began.
The White Sox emerged victorious with a 4-3 win against the Oakland Athletics, ending a nearly three-month losing streak.
Tems’ appearance coincided with her ongoing “Born In The Wild” tour, which began on June 12 in London, following the release of her debut album. Since then, she has performed around the world, with shows in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway, and numerous cities across the U.S. and Canada. Her tour will conclude in Australia on November 15.
